Building in North Bend
North Bend is wrapped on three sides by the bay, and its housing reflects a long working history. A lot of the stock is midcentury, with older Craftsman and bungalow homes near downtown and the waterfront and newer single-family homes on larger lots toward the edges of town. That mix makes remodels, roof replacements, siding updates, and additions the steady work here.
